My month in pics – March 2013

The first month of Spring is almost gone. Let’s hope that the next ones will be warmer and less rainy than this one. How did my month go? I managed to show you 8 of my outfits (woohoo!) and save 8 pairs of shoes. One month before the end of my challenge I have 11 more shoes to save. I think it won’t be difficult to do, considering that I’ve already saved some of them, but didn’t have the time to photograph them in an outfit as I’d want to. Do you have a favorite outfit?

Purple sunsets | Outfit post

I wore this casual outfit on Sunday to go out with T. but we were running late, so we just caught the last of sun to take these photos. Some of them are a bit blurry but we did our best. The light was so little because of the clouds, that it was impossible to take photos without flash or a tripod.  In the last ones we finally gave up and used flash to show you some details. And I’m posting them knowing that some people will ask me again why do I wear sunglasses when it’s dark outside (by the way, it wasn’t), but oh well, my dear frequent readers, you know the answer to that. I hope you enjoy it despite the quality of the photos.

Burgundy & leopard | outfit post

I wore this outfit on Sunday morning to do some light shopping of things I needed. It was super sunny but also super windy, so the coat was necessary if you weren’t directly under the sun…I enjoyed these days very much because spring’s presence was obvious, and I’m going to miss them because there’s a lot of rain coming this week according to the weather forecast. Today is a national holiday in Greece, and I can’t wait to eat Bakaliaro & skordalia, even though my stomach is not in its best lately. I hope you all have an amazing day, and a great start of the week.

Sporty Casual | Outfit post

A couple of days ago, we went with T. for a walk near the sea, and it was the perfect opportunity to take some photos. It’s a rare occasion you get to see me wearing sneakers, but I do wear them quite often. They’re not my favorite shoes, but they’re one of the most comfortable. Of course nothing tops my all-time-favorite and most comfortable pair I’ve worn, my Casual Attitude biker boots I purchased this fall. Tell me, do you like this sporty casual outfit? Red, green, black | Outfit post

I wore this outfit on Sunday, which was St. Patrick’s Day so I decided to add a little bit of green in it. As I’m on my last months of Shoe Saving (per the rules of the Shoeper Shoe Challenge by Shoeperwoman.com, I have to wear all my shoes at least once in the duration of a year) I’m trying to wear all my remaining shoes, even those which I hadn’t wear for quite a while, but still have a special place in my heart. At first I wore these Hispanitas with the metallic kitten heel, but as I find kitten heels difficult to walk in, I changed into another pair later, which I’d probably have chosen anyway to wear these days. So these are SS#51 and #52. Which pair do you like the most?
