Welcome to the 5th part of our blogging tips! This part was highly anticipated by many of you, since we got many emails with questions, and we’re hoping to answer them all here. But if you have any other question, don’t hesitate to shoot us an email, or just write a comment with your question below.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

We’re starting with SEO aka Search Engine Optimization. SEO is really important for all kinds of sites and for blogs too. Since we’re not experts in this field, and we don’t want to pass information incorrectly, we’ll answer your questions by linking to really important and informative posts we’ve found so far on the subject.

What is SEO?

“SEO is the practice of improving and promoting a web site in order to increase the number of visitors the site receives from search engines. There are many aspects to SEO, from the words on your page to the way other sites link to you on the web. Sometimes SEO is simply a matter of making sure your site is structured in a way that search engines understand” (via moz.com).

There are many things you need to know about SEO, which could cover hundreds of pages, so we decided to link them all below so you can read them directly from these sites.

    • I’m afraid I’m not that well informed in these 2 subjects. That’s why I didn’t want to explain them myself. It’s such a difficult subject, and it need a lot of reading and understanding, even for me. But as I said above, reading and learning is a never ending process. And whoever wants to blog professionally needs to read and learn a lot! 🙂
