Minimal in culottes | Outfits

I know I said I was probably not going to wear my new culottes for a while, but the weather permitted me to do it sooner than I had expected, and I jumped at the opportunity to do so. For their first time, I decided to go with something casual and quite minimal. I played in neutral tones of black and white and worn them with a peplum top and a white pair of flat sandals. I put my hair up in a messy bun, and limited my accessories to long earrings, and silver knuckle rings. I know that not everyone is going to like this outfit, because of the culottes, and I’m still undecided, but I’m leaning more to the “I like them” side. The sunglasses that I decided to wear for the day, are a vintage pair and they actually belonged to my grandfather. I recently found them in one of his old drawers. They look a lot like my Ray Ban pair, but they’re shorter. What do you think about this look?

Wedding season is still high, and since I love going to weddings, I always look out for new sites and stores to find. One of these days I came across Aisle Style. Aisle Style specializes in everything around weddings, and so much more. You’re gonna find beautiful and elegant wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, wedding party dresses, special occasions dresses (such as cocktail & prom dresses, etc.) along with wedding accessories (such as veils and jackets) there.

Light blue & brown | Outfits

These photos were taken a couple of days before we went shopping with T. I wanted to get a present for my mom’s birthday (which was yesterday), and I also wanted to check out some stores for their sales. I didn’t manage to wander as much as I wanted because we got delayed by the rain when we were taking these photos. The sky was grey, and it was obvious that the rain was coming, but it started raining after the sun appeared which took us by surprise. We had to stay in the car and wait for the storm to pass. It didn’t rain for a long time but it was enough to make everything around us wet, so we needed to relocate to somewhere drier for the rest of the photos, and till then, the time had passed. So I did get a present to my mom, and I also went to a couple of stores, but didn’t have enough time to look around for more, so I only got a pair of culottes (something I wanted for a while), which I’m sure you’re gonna see soon enough (it’s still too hot for them). Do you like this look?

Casual in purple | Outfits

Lately it’s been too hot for outfit photos and these particular ones were taken bright and early under the hot sun. My only concern that day was to be comfortable and wear as light clothes as I could. So again a pair of shorts came to the rescue. Oversized shorts are perfect, because they let you breathe, and don’t stick on your skin, making you feel sweaty. And these flat sandals have proven to be the best summer piece, and they’re so versatile, as they go with almost everything. The outfit was completed with my bright yellow jelly bag, and my new Mac Candy Yum Yum lipstick! What do you think?

August 2015 | Wishlist

Sales season has already started, and I’m getting itchy for some new items. Since I do most of my online shopping from Spartoo.gr, I decided to show you some of my choices from there today. It’s almost certain that I’ll shop something new (and inexpensive) soon, because it’s difficult to pass on such good discounts and prices. I’ll probably stay away from shoes though, because my shoe closet(s) have been over-flowing with shoes lately, and I’m literally running out of space to store them. I’ll have to find a solution soon. I’m thinking of buying something for an upcoming wedding I have to attend this fall, hence the dark colors on the clothes, and this jumpsuits looks amazing. What do you think?
