Today I’ll be writing about a subject I know way too well and one I’ve been meaning to write about for a long time now. I’ll be telling you what I’ve learned from my experience with dry & dehydrated skin over the years.
No, I’m not talking about the dessert (even though I wouldn’t mind one right now!), I’m talking about the basic color of my outfit. I think it’s an understated color of my wardrobe, and it’s mainly because it’s not a favorite of mine, and I don’t have many items in this. But it hit me the other day that I haven’t worn these booties in a while, so I instantly created an outfit around them. I didn’t really like the bag, but I don’t have many brown bags (if at all) except for this one, so I went with it. It was the mid of the day, and the sun was shining, but it was chilly at the same time, so it was difficult to find some shadow for the photos. Hope you like the look.
We took these photos before our coffee date with Kleoniki the other day. As soon as we reached the “photoshoot” location, it started raining, and the remaining light was hidden behind the clouds. We did the best we could, but the quality of the photos is not the best, sorry. Nevertheless, I decided to post them, because I wanted to show you the outfit of the day. Simple, cozy, comfortable, in skinny jeans and my latest favorite item… My new knit sweater that is… I can’t stop wearing it! Of course it wouldn’t be me, if I wasn’t wearing a pair of high heeled boots to finish the look. Do you like it?
Remember those good old days, that most of my wishlists contained shoes? Well, I remember them too! And I missed them so much! Plus I really liked some shoes and I can’t wait for spring to come so I can wear these styles again. My top favorite ones are the metallic harmony heeled sandals (bottom right), and then the KG by Kurt Geiger ones (top right). Low heeled booties and wellies are also perfect for spring, so these are also on my wishlist. Which one is your favorite? Check out all of the links below.
The first month of 2015 is coming to an end tomorrow, and outfit-wise it was a really good month. I managed to show you 10 of my outfits, which is one of my higher numbers in all the months I’ve been posting. My favorites are of course, no. 3, 6, 8, and 9 (which is actually my top favorite of the month). Which one is your favorite?
Also, since last month, I didn’t show you my month in pics, but I did an outfit recap of the whole year, with some of my favorite looks from each month, I decided to show you my Instagram photos both from December 2014, and from January 2015.
