My GAP Experience at Attica Tsimiski Thessaloniki

My Gap Experience 10- DoYouSpeakGossip.com

I recently visited the new Gap corner inside the Attica department store at Tsimiski street in Thessaloniki. It’s the first time I visit a Gap store so it was my first experience with them. The Gap corner was quite big, and it included the men’s and women’s department, and had a wide range of clothes from shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, jeans and shorts for men, to jeans, shorts, dresses, tops, and sweaters for women. I was eager to try some shorts and spring sweaters, because spring is here, and I can’t wait to start wearing lighter clothes. I loved this light blue sweater you can see above and those striped shorts (I actually bought these). What I loved about their shorts, was that they are not too short, just enough. I’ve shared with you my struggle of finding a nice pair of shorts for spring/summer that is not extremely short last year, because most stores seem to only sell very short ones these days. So I couldn’t be happier that I found one like this. It was exactly what I was looking for. I may not look my best in shorts, but they’re necessary if you live in Greece, where the temperatures in summer often reach the 40C degrees. All in all it was a great experience, and I may go back to buy a thing or two I left behind! 😉

Casual walk | Outfits

Casual walk 5- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comSome days ago, T. and I went for a casual walk downtown and stopped for some outfit photos before going for a coffee. The sun was burning, and my arms got slightly tanned, as I was wearing one of my favorite dresses, this time, dressed down with flat sandals. These shoes almost never leave my feet since the day I got them. They’re THAT comfortable! In other news, I had to cancel an outfit shoot due to rain, and I haven’t been able to shoot since then. I got my mother to take some photos of my outfit some days ago, as we were going to a wedding, but other than that, nada. So it will probably be a while till you see my next outfit post, but fear not, ‘cause I have other plans for posts in the meantime. The blog won’t be left empty. I have so many new things, that wait to be shooted for a post, but I guess they’ll have to wait for July. Enjoy the photos my lovelies, and make sure to check back for all those posts I’m talking about.

My month in pics | January 2015

January 2015 - outfits - DoYouSpeakGossip.comThe first month of 2015 is coming to an end tomorrow, and outfit-wise it was a really good month. I managed to show you 10 of my outfits, which is one of my higher numbers in all the months I’ve been posting. My favorites are of course, no. 3, 6, 8, and 9 (which is actually my top favorite of the month). Which one is your favorite?

Also, since last month, I didn’t show you my month in pics, but I did an outfit recap of the whole year, with some of my favorite looks from each month, I decided to show you my Instagram photos both from December 2014, and from January 2015. So if you see anything Christmas themed, don’t be alarmed. Hoping for a better February! Happy weekend and see you soon with a new wishlist and new outfit posts.

Nature’s child | Outfits

Greek fashion blogger, personal style, Θεσσαλονίκη, Ελληνίδα fashion blogger

Thankfully I managed to take my outfit photos with the help of my cousin the other day, so I’m back with another outfit post. You know how much I love those. My outfit of the day was rather unusual to my style. I called it modern spinster meets wannabe rebel fashionista. haha Sometimes even I’m tired of my signature style and want to experiment with my wardrobe. So I knew I wanted to wear this skirt, which is actually ankle length (do you remember it from my post back in 2012? Well, if you follow me since then, you’re awesome, and thank you very much!) and combine it with my biker boots for a little bit of edge, and to keep it from looking dull and boring. Not sure if I succeeded, but oh well, it looked cool for one day! Thoughts?

Winter pastels | Outfits

Winter pastels 4- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comI’m really excited about today’s post, because…. I went shopping and came home with quite a few finds. At last! I really needed to buy some new stuff, and I couldn’t help myself anymore. I broke my “shopping diet”. I hadn’t actually bought anything since last August, when I bought 2 pieces of clothing. So I got a few things, and among them were 3 of the items I’m wearing in this post. I found this gorgeous mint coat, with 50% off, and I couldn’t leave it behind. The funny thing is that Kleoniki had the same idea for another mint coat, and we met up downtown unintentionally looking like twins, so we had a good laugh. If I could I would have bought the baby pink, and baby blue version of it as well. Also new are the sweater and this beautiful hear-printed shirt. I kept the rest of the outfit quite simple and black, to keep some balance since it’s still winter and I had a long day ahead of me so I wanted to be warm and comfortable. Oh I love this look! What do you think?
