Roses are red…and my highlights are still purple (well, sort of). If you have missed this temporary hair change, then click here to watch the video. Can you tell I was super excited with my new hair color? We took these photos just after the sun went down, so they’re not well-lit, but I liked my outfit of the day, so here they are! I’m finally wearing my new H&M super short dress with the rose print. I really love it and its skater style, but I’d love it if it was 5-10cm longer. It’s a lot on the shorter side, so it definitely can’t be worn without wearing shorts underneath. I paired it with my red quilted bag, to match the roses on the print, and my Migato platform sandals to make it more summer and less matchy matchy. What do you think?
I also have a little announcement for you. It’s the 15th of August on Tuesday, and since it’s a major holiday in Greece, I won’t be posting anything new on that day. And I’m also taking some time off outfit posts, to relax a bit, and enjoy the sun and the sea. So I’ll be back with new outfits, the week after the next one. Don’t worry though; I won’t leave you without a post for a whole week. Make sure to check back the blog next Thursday for a brand new post! 😉 Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! How are you? Second outfit for this week; It’s been a while since I last did this! It feels good to be able to post 2 outfits in one week again. Hopefully I’ll do it more often in the future. This outfit was waaayy better in real life than it looks in these photos. Unfortunately it was a really cold and cloudy day, and the light was just wrong, which resulted in these photos which, let’s say, are not the best ones we could take. But since the weather has been terrible lately, we couldn’t afford to be picky. I nearly froze when we were taking these, and at the end I couldn’t feel my toes again. Oh the perks of winter! I went all matchy-matchy again with this outfit. You know me; I couldn’t resist. I wore my culottes with a fitted beige sweater, and matched that with my bicolored pumps and leopard print bag, which I hadn’t worn in quite some time. Finished off the look with a long choker necklace. I also tried the fishnet tights trend in beige. Baby steps back to the 90’s guys, baby steps. Do you like my look?
Καλησπέρα σας! Πώς είστε; Αυτό είναι το δεύτερο outfit αυτής της εβδομάδας. Είχα καιρό να κάνω κάτι τέτοιο! Αλλά νιώθω πολύ καλά που τα κατάφερα και πάλι γιατί μου είχε λείψει αυτό. Ελπίζω ότι στο μέλλον θα το κάνω πιο συχνά! Αυτό το outfit ήταν πολύυυ καλύτερο στην πραγματικότητα από ότι δείχνει στις φωτογραφίες αυτές, γιατί δυστυχώς η μέρα εκείνη πέρα από κρύα, ήταν και πολύ συννεφιασμένη, και δεν είχαμε αρκετό φως για τις φωτογραφίες μας. Σίγουρα δεν είναι οι καλύτερες μας, αλλά κάναμε ότι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε, δεδομένων των συνθηκών. Τελευταία ο καιρός είναι τόσο χάλια που πραγματικά δεν μπορούσαμε να μην φωτογραφίσουμε το look και να χάσουμε την ευκαιρία, ακόμα κι αν είχε συννεφιά. Όπως βλέπετε, έκανα ένα αρκετά σεταρισμένο look, με ζιπ κιλότ, κολλητό μπεζ πουλόβερ, δίχρωμες γόβες, και τσάντα σε leopard print που είχα πολύ καιρό να φορέσω. Ολοκλήρωσα το look με το μακρύ μου τσόκερ, και δοκίμασα μετά από χρόνια να φορέσω διχτυωτό καλσόν, το οποίο επέλεξα σε μπεζ απόχρωση. Baby steps… Σιγά σιγά θα τολμήσω και το μαύρο και πάλι. χαχ Σας αρέσει το look μου;

LOOK OF THE DAY: Sweater: Vintage Culottes & Bag: Zara Pumps: Dune London Lipstick: NYX Lingerie Teddy Choker necklace: Miss FrouFrou
I made it! I managed to shoot more outfits for the blog in the previous days, so I’m here today with a new one. It’s a mostly gray one, with an oversized gray sweater, and a gray pair of skinny jeans, paired with a tiny cross body bag, black wedge booties, and light pink sunglasses to give just a small touch of color to that look. Despite the warm clothes though, I was feeling quite cold, because it had snowed nearby recently and the temperatures were around 0 degrees. You can even see pieces of snow in some of the pics, reminiscent of the snow we had 2 weeks ago. I couldn’t feel my fingers and toes after a few minutes in the cold, and this shoot. But oh well! I had my coat in the car and I’m still here, aren’t I? Hope you like this look my lovelies. See you soon with another post.
I’ve been using the True Match foundation by L’oreal for a few months now, since some subscribers recommended it to me, and I’m really satisfied with it. I have the 1C Rose Ivory shade which is quite close to my skin tone. Most of the times I use my H&M makeup sponge to apply it, and the result looks flawless. It doesn’t have high coverage like the L’Oreal Infallible 24h matte foundation which I’ve written about in the past, but if you need that coverage, you can combine the two, like I do. True match has a more runny consistency, it’s very light, it doesn’t feel cakey on the face and has a very useful pump. I will definitely buy it again in the future, since it works great on me. Have you every tried L’Oreal’s true match foundation?
We took these photos a couple of days after the New Year started, and we haven’t been able to take any more photos after that, because of the terrible weather we’ve been having in Greece lately. This outfit was worn just before the cold days started. It was already a bit cold, but not the under zero temperatures we had after that. The sun really helped so I wouldn’t get cold, so I didn’t hesitate wearing my slitted sweater dress and my over-the-knee boots. The thing is that I always forget how deep those slits are, and I go out wearing the “dress” with tights like these, ending up looking a bit sexier than I’d usually like to. hehe Thankfully I was wearing short shorts under that so no harm was done. Both the sweater dress and the boots kept me warm enough for the day. Can’t say the same for that night though, even though I changed into a thicker pair of tights. Do you like this look? Hopefully I’ll be back with new ones soon! Stay tuned!
