Now solutions hyaluronic acid firming serum

Now solutions hyaluronic acid firming serum

I’ve been trying this firming Serum for the past few months, and it’s almost at its last “drops”, so I thought it is finally time to review it here on the blog. To be honest I thought I’ve already done so, but it seems that I didn’t. When I first tried out this serum, I found it amazing. It has a beautiful citrus-like scent, that’s very pleasant, it has a gel consistency, and a nice pump applicator, that reveals how much product is left when looking at it from the side. One pump is enough to cover your face, it’s very lightweight on the skin, gets easily absorbed, and prepares the skin for the night or day cream you use on the next step. I didn’t notice any firmness factor, but I did like how it made my skin look and feel. After some weeks, that wasn’t as obvious as it was when I first started using it. It still smells amazing etc. but doesn’t work as good on my skin as it did before. Moreover, I feel like it emptied very quickly compared to the other serums I’ve used in the past. I wouldn’t mind buying it again, but I think that La Roche Posay’s serum was much better for my skin. I give it 4/5 stars.

Lorvenn Theraplex Intensive shampoo & bond stabilizer conditioner review

Lorvenn Theraplex Intensive shampoo & bond stabilizer conditioner reviewI started using these 2 products by Lorvenn recently and I couldn’t wait to share the news with you. Lorvenn’s Theraplex Intensive shampoo, is a hair color stabilizing and damaged hair repair system. Its intensive formula is enriched with active Silk Protein complex of advanced-technology, organic Keratin, Aloe Vera and Provitamin B5, to protect, repair and nourish hair. It helps restore hair’s natural environment and enhances strength, leaving them supple, soft, shiny and with a long-lasting color. After dying  your hair, apply the shampoo and leave it on for about 2 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly and continue with the Bond Stabilizer conditioner. This conditioner is for intense care only which means you can use it once (or twice-maximum- if your hair is extremely damaged) per week. You apply  it on your hair, and leave it on for 10 minutes. You’ll immediately understand a difference once your rinse the product off. It leaves your hair super soft, hydrated and shiny. I really really loved this conditioner and I highly recommend it. My hair never looked better! 🙂

Sephora Solid brush cleaner review

I tried the Solid brush cleaner by Sephora a couple of weeks ago, and I loved how practical it really is. You just dip your brush onto the solid soap and then rub it onto the silicone pad that comes with the soap. The soap is really good, and your brushes get easily & deeply cleaned. The soap has a quite intense scent, however it doesn’t get transferred too much onto the brushes. All in all I liked this product, apart from one small detail. The pad is quite small, so you can’t easily remove the makeup from your bigger brushes, such as the ones you use for your powder, or blush. I would also like some different sizes for the tips of the pad. It would be nice if the product could really get deeper into the brushes, and clean them more easily. However, it’s still a very good product, that I would happily purchase in the future.

Dr.Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass color correcting treatment review

Dr.Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass color correcting treatment reviewI’ve been using the Cicapair treatment by Dr.Jart for over a month now, and I can honestly say I love it! It’s a thick cream, more like a paste, which has a light green color, that when you apply it on your skin it goes beige, and eliminates the skin’s redness. I personally have much redness on my face due to seborrheic dermatitis, and this cream has helped a lot with how my skin looks. First, you use your toning lotion, and then follow with your serum. I would personally advice you to also use a hydrating cream before Cicapair, especially if you have dry skin like me. Then, you apply a very small amount of the cream onto your skin, and watch it do its magic. It’s like a corrector; it almost completely removes any redness from your skin, and you can either use your foundation after it, or go out like this, like I do most of the time. It also has SPF30 which is amazing! I definitely recommend it. I use it all the time when I don’t want to wear foundation. And something tells me I’m gonna be using it all summer long.

CND Chic Shock spring 2018 collection review

It’s not the first time I’ve tried CND nail polishes, you know that, since I’ve already reviewed them in the past. But today we’re going to talk about the new CND Vinylux Spring collection, called Chic Shock. The collection is full of pastel colors, with names such as Candied (pastel pink), Taffy (pastel blue), Jellied (pastel yellow) and Gummi (pastel purple). I received Candied, Taffy and Jellied, along with their amazing top coat, and I thought I’d try them on, all at the same time, to give you my full review. You definitely need 2 coats of each, for the color to look pigmented, and not patchy. For Candied and Jellied, I actually applied 3 layers. Taffy was a bit easier for me, since I got the color I wanted, from layer 2. They’re perfect for spring, and I’m sure they’re going to last long too, since they’re long wear nail polishes that last on the nails for 7 days. Have you tried any of these?
