IFB Project #12: Nail Fun

6 September, 2011

I finally decided to take part to one of IFB Projects. This week’s theme is nail fun. I saw it almost at last minute again, but it was really simple, easy and fun, so I decided to go for it.

So there you go. I snapped a photo of my current nail color (which you’ve already seen here) and I thought it would be fun to hold a bunch of grapes in my hand so you can see the lovely contrasting colors.

I have this color on my nails for more than a week, and they haven’t chip yet. I painted them coral because I thought they would look nice with the blue dress I was wearing to my friend’s wedding last week. And they did. 🙂

This is one of my current favourite colors for nail polishes and I think it will always be a classic for summer, like red is for winter.

One week ago – I used Erre Due Exclusive no. 40

Even though, I don’t have any particular color that I want to buy for the Fall season, I will surely buy more nail polishes.

What do you think? New post coming soon!

Feel free to Gossip about it:

    • Nice color for summer… and I like the contrast between light green and coral!
well… about the longlasting of the nail police, did you used a cover or didn’t you make any houswork at all? Mine, never last so long, even when I’m on vacation…

  1. As usual, I always tell you, excellent manicure and fantastic color (also veeeery beautiful hands, very beautiful nails!) I even commented today, when choosing which nail polish I’d wear today (I normally have veeery light ones, so, no one can really see in the pics, but my hands are always manicured), so, I commented about your manicure and hands/nails’ beauty!!!
The idea to hold the grapes was fabulous and again, very nice color – and still didn’t chip? For me it takes only one or maximum 2 days and then… bye-bye polish… is that the Greek brand???

    • Thank you so much Denise! I’m glad you liked the idea with the grapes. Yes, I think that Erre Due is a greek brand again. Don’t know why I end up buying only greek brands, I guess because they are cheap and I found out that they’re good too!
Thank you so much for all your compliments!
