Dr.Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass color correcting treatment review

Dr.Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass color correcting treatment reviewI’ve been using the Cicapair treatment by Dr.Jart for over a month now, and I can honestly say I love it! It’s a thick cream, more like a paste, which has a light green color, that when you apply it on your skin it goes beige, and eliminates the skin’s redness. I personally have much redness on my face due to seborrheic dermatitis, and this cream has helped a lot with how my skin looks. First, you use your toning lotion, and then follow with your serum. I would personally advice you to also use a hydrating cream before Cicapair, especially if you have dry skin like me. Then, you apply a very small amount of the cream onto your skin, and watch it do its magic. It’s like a corrector; it almost completely removes any redness from your skin, and you can either use your foundation after it, or go out like this, like I do most of the time. It also has SPF30 which is amazing! I definitely recommend it. I use it all the time when I don’t want to wear foundation. And something tells me I’m gonna be using it all summer long.

Stripes & pleats | Outfits

Writing this post at 12 o’clock at night, thinking about that sunny & super hot day, not even 2 weeks ago, when we shot these photos. It hasn’t been that long, yet the weather did a 180 turn, and it’s been pouring all day every day these days. Hopefully it won’t last that long. But until then, I still have this and a couple more outfits to share with you. This is one of my favorites we shot that day. You know how much I love this skirt, and I keep wearing these heels a lot lately. This time though, I wanted to start incorporating spring pieces to my winter-style wardrobe, so I wore them with this off-the-shoulder top. I really like that result, and I think it’s the first time, that I tried to tuck in that top. It’s actually quite oversized on the waist, and I wasn’t sure I could manage keeping it inside the skirt. Thankfully I did though, and I think it looked amazing. What do you think? Let me know, by leaving a comment below!

Playsuit season | Outfits

It’s playsuit season again, and I couldn’t be happier, because this girl loves Spring, and doesn’t want to hide it. hehe I’ve already changed into my spring/summer wardrobe, and I just love the hot days but cooler nights spring has, so I’m not one of those who long for summer to come. So, I rarely wear short shorts, skirts, or even playsuits but this piece is one of the few exceptions I make, because I love it. I wore my playsuit with an off-the-shoulder top inside, and I really, REALLY, love how it looked. Matched everything to these 2 pieces, like I almost always do, so I picked up my yellow jelly bag, and one of my favorite pair or heels (the ones with the criss-cross straps, and the transparency on the sides). And to top it all off, I added a pair of retro-style white and yellow sunglasses that I hadn’t worn for a while. Doesn’t this outfit scream spring? I vote yes!!! Hope you like it. Lorvenn Theraplex Hair Strengthening system review

Lorvenn Theraplex Hair Strengthening system review Theraplex is a system by Lorvenn that consists of 2 products, meant to be used during technical procedures such as dyeing. I’ve been sent this product, a few months ago, and I wanted to try it, so when we dyed my hair last Sunday, we also added these 2 products. Step 1 is Theraplex Bond Performer, which is an active additive mixed with hair coloring (& bleaching) products, to protect against any damage that may be caused by the procedure. Step 2, is called bond locker, and it complements and enhances the protection and hair structure stabilization effect started by Step 1. I hadn’t dyed my hair in 5 months, but I really wanted to protect them from the procedure, and make the color last longer this time. It’s super easy to use, you just follow the instructions on the box, and your hair look deeply nourished, and healthy afterwards. Both me and my hairdresser were pretty impressed by the effect. Step 2 was like a deep mask, that made my hair very smooth, and easy to comb through. All in all, I think they’re both great products, and if you have blonde hair, or bleach your hair at home, it’s really going to help your hair look healthier.

Pencil skirt in spring | Outfits

This is probably one of my favorite outfits and set of photos ever, but at the same time, it was difficult to pick a photo where I wouldn’t look bloated AF, or like a long-lost Kardashian sister. I think I managed to do it though, and here is the outfit we photographed about 2 weeks ago, on a really, REALLY hot spring day, under what it felt like 30 Celsius degrees. I recently discovered this handmade top, that was either my mother’s or my aunt’s and I really wanted to wear it with a pencil skirt. I thought I found the perfect one, but I didn’t realize that I’d look 5 months pregnant in that. Bad timing to wear it, but oh well, I loved it anyway. Hopefully I’ll have newer photos to show you soon, this time with my violet hair, since I dyed them again on Sunday (finally! The color had been completely faded after 5 months without me dying them). Not that I don’t like this color, but I really needed to freshen them up! Hope you like today’s look! I added my favorite backpack and my lace up pumps to finish off the look, and I loved how it came out! See you soon with a new review, and a new look! 馃槈
