These shoes are one of my latest purchases! They are truly gorgeous and I just couldn’t resist because they were inexpensive too! I’m in love with anything lace up at the moment, and the color of these shoes is amazing. I couldn’t wait to wear them in an outfit! And what better way to show them off than with my culottes? I went matchy matchy with the top, in magenta, and I added a B&W jacket to break the monochromatic result. This road with the fallen blossoms from the trees was the perfect spot to photograph it, though the sun was shining too bright that day, creating harsh shadows and contrasts and it was a bit difficult to showcase it in the best way. Don’t worry though, cause I’ll be wearing them a lot this season and I’ll sure have another chance to photograph them again for you! 😉 Do you like this look?

I’ve been obsessed with trying out boxer braids on my hair, since they started becoming a trend, but unfortunately I’m not really good with hair, so I asked a friend of mine, who’s better at this to do them for me. And I loved the result! I wish I had fresh dyed hair too, but it will have to wait till next month… too many expenses for this one! Another first for that day was that I wore these pants. I had them in my closet, for I don’t know how long, but never worn there because they’re extremely low cut, and kind of uncomfortable. But with a T-shirt tucked in and a blazer on top, I think they looked quite good. Don’t you think? I absolutely loved this look! I even brought back my silver hoop earrings which I was wearing a lot as a teenager…I think they go great with boxer braids. Hope you like my look!

The weather lately has been perfect, and even though the forecast predicts terrible weather for the end of the month, I was happy that I could finally start wearing some lighter clothes. You know how much I’ve loved my culottes last season, and it’s the perfect time to wear them again. That day, I chose a simple black and white outfit, adorned with a huge statement necklace in pastel tones, and paired it with my mary-jane platform pumps. Super stylish and comfortable too! If your body is pear-shaped like mine, wear your culottes with a nice fluffy sweater to create volume at the top of your body, and make the whole look more symmetric and sleek. I adore such looks! Later on, I replaced my pumps with a pair of ankle boots for a dinner with friends, and a more stable walk on the cobblestone alleys of my city. It looked great with both options… What do you think?

Black & mint in Volos | Outfits

Last week, T. and I decided to go to Volos for the day. It was a 3-day weekend, and we wanted to go somewhere because we hadn’t gone anywhere for a long while. We asked Kleoniki if she wanted to come with us, because we knew how much she loves this city, so we drove there and spent some hours walking through the city, taking photos and meeting fellow blogger friends for coffee. It was really nice, but really short, so we hope to be back again soon, for more. I’ll dedicate a whole post to our trip there, but till then, take a look at the outfit of the day… Super simple and comfortable for the trip… Hopefully it’s the last one with a coat on!

These photos were taken late last month on a really cold and windy day. Thankfully the weather has changed since then, and I’m hoping that the cold won’t come back. For a second time so soon, I went “sporty” again, with just a pair of jeans, a sweater, my all stars and my mint coat. Go-to uniform for all those days I’m too bored to dress up. I told you that the mint coat will be in almost every outfit from now on. Don’t tell me I didn’t warn you! 😉 Hope you like my look!
