Athens Part 3 | Travel

Athens - Lycabettus we did it- DoYouSpeakGossip.com

On day 3, we decided to walk to Kolonaki for pancakes’ breakfast and then we spontaneously decided to “hike” our way to Mount Lycabettus. I’m not gonna say it was a piece of cake, especially since I’d stopped exercising for years months, but we did it anyway. The view from the top is simply magnificent. Even if it was windy and cold, it was worth it. So if you have some free time, and you’re up for some exercise, you can easily hike up there. Of course we’ve stopped many times along the way to take photos and enjoy the view, but it took us no more than 2 hours to go up and down the hill. After that we met some friends for an afternoon coffee, and had to try the “hot hot burgers” everyone was talking about. As you can see these photos are straight from my Instagram account, because I was too lazy to take pics with my camera. The night ended with drinks with a new friend (for me), and a bachelor party (for T. – not his of course). See you next time, with (probably) the final part of my Athens posts. Hope you like them. Pamvotida lake, Ioannina | Outfits

Pamvotida lake, Ioannina 12- Outfits - DoYouSpeakGossip.comOn the 3rd day, we went for a walk around Pamvotida lake in Ioannina, sat for coffee there, and took some photos for the blog. Our initial plan was to take the boat to the little island located in the lake, but the weather wasn’t very good to us, so we had to cancel it. It was a windy and rainy day, even though the forecast said it would be sunny, so my outfit wasn’t ideal, but at least I had a knit sweater and a cardigan with me. I was really eager to wear this maxi dress, which was a birthday gift from my sister in law, and nothing could stop me from doing so. I really loved this outfit. Casual but still really elegant, and comfy like none other. I have to tell you, I got to wear it from day to night, and it felt great. Day 3 was mostly for relaxing due to the bad weather, but thankfully our last day was a really full one; Full of beautiful sceneries, and photos for me to edit and you to see. Stay tuned to see them in my next post. In the meantime, let me know what you think about this outfit by leaving a comment under the post.

Ioannina part 1 | Travel & Outfits

Ioannina route 66 outfit 5- DoYouSpeakGossip.comI’m finally here with the first part of my trip to Ioannina. I initially wanted to divide it into 2 parts, but I decided against it, so be prepared for a huge post with lots of photos; both travel and outfit ones. 2 in one! I didn’t take many pictures the first day, but I have many from the 2nd one. So on the first and second day, we walked a bit around the city, went to a nearby town in the mountains, walked inside Ioannina’s castle, took some photos, and went for coffee. After that we took these outfit photos, and enjoyed the rest of the day, without having my camera around. So take a look at these pictures, and I’ll be back with the 2nd outfit post and the 2nd part of my trip to Ioannina (and nearby villages).

Vacation diary | Chalkidiki 2014

Vacation Diary 2- Chalkidiki 2014 - DoYouSpeakGossip.comAs most Thessalonians, I’ve been spending most summers of my life in beautiful Chalkidiki. I have to thank my uncle for this, who decided to build a house in the most beautiful place in Neos Marmaras, and my cousins who keep inviting me every summer for some days of relaxation away from the city. I was originally planning to stay for a week (which is a lot for me) but I prolonged my vacation for 2 more days. That was the most relaxation I had in a long time, and I really enjoyed my time there. I’ve already showed you some of the photos we took (check: What’s in my beach bag, Heading to the beach, and sunset at the beach posts, if you haven’t already), but before August comes to an end, I wanted to share some general photos from my vacation. I have a couple of posts left from my time there, but they’ll have to wait till September. But don’t worry, you’ll see them next week! 😉

Fashion Room Service | Thessaloniki Edition

1 afternoon, 1 hotel, 13 rooms, 13 designers, 1 Absolut party. The Fashion Room Service event was held once more in Thessaloniki, last Sunday 6/10 at Porto Palace hotel, thanks to Ozon Raw Magazine and offradio.gr. 13 hotel rooms were transformed into pop-up fashion showrooms to welcome all guests, and showcase the current collections of 13 designers and labels. The event was completed with an amazing after party by Absolut Vodka. I met with my blogger friends, visited the rooms, took photos, talked to the designers, and then had an amazing time at the after party. In case you missed it, you can check out my Instagram for photos from that night. But in this post, you’re going to find out what happened in the rooms. After visiting all, I have to report that: Every designer had something unique to add to this event. Beautiful clothes, jewels, shoes, and most important of all, the amazing presentation of them, is what we and all the other attendees experienced. Check out all the photos below to see what took place in each room. Since I took way too many photos, I decided to use small galleries for each room. Click on the icon at the right corner of the photos to see it in full size.
