Hey teacher! | Outfits

Hey teacher 8- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comThis outfit was kind of a last minute choice; something that came to me a few minutes before getting ready to head out. I was looking at my clothes to get inspired, and came across this pencil skirt, that I was dying to wear since last year, but still hadn’t have the chance. So when I saw it, I decided I wanted my outfit of the day to be strict, and old school, like a teacher of the “old days”; a style I was always fond of, since my teenage years. I remembered a strict shirt I bought some years ago, but never worn because I decided it aged me. This was the chance to finally wear it, I thought! “I look like an old school teacher or a librarian” I thought when looking in the mirror after getting dressed. “I should definitely wear my eyeglasses, with the look; I think it would look cool”. I added the burgundy bag to go with the frame of my glasses, and even though I’d kill to have a pair of pointy grey pumps (like the Zara ones from last year, I was dying to buy, but never did!), thought the look would be more interesting, and less predictable by wearing a pair of tall black boots. Plus it made the look more casual, and closer to the style I was going for.

Huge thanks to Kleoniki for taking these amazing photos, which I was totally in love with!

My lucky charm | Outfits

My lucky charm 5- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comThis outfit was inspired by my new lucky charm key chain, which I received from Zoulovits for 2015. Last year, I went for a red & green one with a ship charm, but this year, I preferred something more Greek, like the electric blue “evil eye”. It’s custom to buy a lucky charm like this every year, before New Year’s so it will bring good luck to you for the year to come. Here’s hoping! As for my outfit, I took the chance to wear a fall appropriate outfit, before the winter officially comes, something that I’m sure will happen soon. It was already a bit chilly for this combo, and my d’orsay pumps so I don’t think I’ll have more chances to wear them again before spring arrives. I hope you like the result!

Casual in the woods | Outfits

Caual in the woods 7- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comIt seems that my last two outfits have been very much into the fall mood, and I don’t mind it at all, because for me, the best thing about fall, isn’t layering, but the beauty of the fallen leaves on the ground. This time we headed to the woods with T., to photograph a rather casual look in such a beautiful environment, to make it more special. I really enjoyed this photoshoot, and since there wasn’t a soul around to stare at us taking photos, I enjoyed it to the fullest and I was more playful than usual for the camera. I hope you enjoy it!

Falling for plaid | Outfits

Falling for plaid 4- outfit -DoYouSpeakGossip.comWe took these photos this Tuesday, when we went downtown with Kleoniki and Maria. We had quite a productive day, talking about Stylishly Beautiful, and planning many new things, and we even got to try out the burgers of the new burger spot in town, Foodporn. I really enjoyed our day together, and even though I went home tired, I had a great time. Happy weekend everybody! I hope you enjoy this outfit post. A new one is coming on Monday! 🙂

Casual city look | Outfits

Casual city look 3- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comWow! It’s been a while since I last posted an outfit. I didn’t intend it to be this way, but after the usual month in pics, and wishlist posts, I had the pleasure of covering the fashion show, so these posts had to go first. These photos are a bit “old” now, since they were taken at the end of October. But the most important thing is that we started wearing warmer clothes, knits, and even coats. It’s still not that cold outside, even though we had a few cold days, but I kind of like these temperatures. I can’t stand the cold anyway. This outfit is quite casual for a walk downtown with the girls, which ended with a big cup of pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks, but see you next time with a new – less casual – outfit post.
