Peplum tales 4- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comThis peplum top entered my wardrobe, some weeks ago, along with my forest green playsuit, and since then, it’s been waiting patiently in my closet for its debut. I couldn’t wait any longer, and wore it recently with one of my pencil skits, paired in a monochromatic otherwise outfit. I really liked the result, and since then I’ve already worn it a 2nd time in an outfit pretty much similar to this one. And both times I loved this top. This outfit falls into the ladylike chic style category I really like, and I feel the most comfortable in. Do you like this look?

Layering up in style | Outfits

These photos were taken on a really, REALLY cold day, when I had an event to attend and wanted to be stylish, but I was trying to stay as warm as possible. My long knit scarf was the first thing that came to mind, to protect me from the evil wind of that day. A midi dress was chosen for the style factor (with a bodysuit inside of course), opaque tights, tall boots (to leave only the slightest of skin exposed), cropped jacket to create a “suit” look, and my longest coat, on top of all to keep me protected. It was going to be a long, long day… And my outfit of choice did not disappoint me. Well, what do you know? You can indeed look stylish AND warm at the same time. I was surprised too, believe me! What do you think? Do you wear lots of layers to keep you warm during winter? Do you struggle to find a warm AND stylish outfit too?

Mint skater dress & ladylike chic | Outfits

This outfit was worn and photographed last week, but got postponed to this week, as I told you on my previous post too. I actually wore this outfit again for the first time a few nights earlier… We made some last minute plans, and I had to leave the house, in less than 30’, so I opened my closet, picked up this dress, and the rest came to my mind directly after. I love these kinds of outfits, that not only come to my head immediately, but I end up loving them so much that I don’t want to take them off. So I decided that this outfit had to be photographed! Wore it again a couple of days later, dragged T. to a location I had in mind, and later on we went to eat Chinese. The wind almost sabotaged out little photoshoot, and I was so close to flashing everybody around me, but thankfully that didn’t happen. See how I styled this dress in the past here and here.
