I sincerely hope this one to be the last outfit of this winter, although I highly doubt it. We took these photos on Friday, which was the only warm and sunny day among many cloudy and rainy ones lately, and even though my outfit was too warm for the day, it was appropriate for the night, when I got back home. I’m wearing my new long sweater which I showed you on my latest haul video, with a plaid shirt, my black skinny jeans and my biker boots. I really wanted to wear lighter colors that day, but I felt uninspired about my outfit. At least it was comfortable. My outfit makes a complete contrast with the blossoming trees in my background. Really want spring to stay for good! Have a great week my loves!

A few days ago, I saw this color combo online, and I was instantly inspired to create my version of it. I would probably have never thought of these 2 colors together, if I hadn’t seen how well they look together, but I loved how well olive green goes with pastel pink. I can’t wait for spring to officially come, so I can start wearing my pastels again and leave my coat at home. This sleeveless trench coat is going to accompany many of my spring looks, I’m sure. Wish I had a camel & a black version of it too. They are key-pieces that can totally make a look stand out. What do you think, loves?

Who’s that girl, you must be thinking if you’re relatively new here. But if you’re an old reader of mine, you’d know that this little precious thing is my dog Mae. She doesn’t appear on the blog often, because as you can tell she’s not fond of having her picture taken, but it’s not the first time she’s stolen the spotlight. The other day, we decided to take my outfit photos while we took her for her walk. She’s too old to take long walks these days, so she was tired after 10 minutes. But she loves being out of the house with us. In these photos, I’m wearing my new grey Lee jeans, and yes, my new cardigan again. The weather has been so nice lately, that I’ve been wearing it like a coat to keep me warm, and it goes well with everything. Don’t you agree? So, head-to-toe grey it is!

A little black dress is what every girl needs in her closet. It might be a cliché, but it’s true. Even when you have no idea what to wear, the little black dress comes to the rescue. It’s super easy to style it too. And the result almost always looks chic and stylish. Pair it with a belt, a jacket and a pair of heels (high or low, it doesn’t matter, whatever you feel comfortable in) add some jewelry if you wish, and there you have it. From simple to chic in 5 steps… That was my case that day, the classic “don’t know what to wear” case, but the little black dress “saved the day”. What do you think?

Grayscale | Outfits

Writing this post long after midnight, for you to be able to read it the next day! Again, it’s as fresh as possible, since we took these photos yesterday afternoon, just before sunset. The day was warm enough for me to go out wearing these, without any coat on (even though I had it with me!), and even though it’s still too early, the first signs of spring have appeared. Due to the unexpectedly warm weather lately, the trees have already started to bloom, which is nice, but again it’s too early for spring. So, due to the warm weather, I had the chance to wear my gray loose dress again, with my new cardigan on top, and make it more casual with my All-stars and my backpack. These kinds of loose long dresses either need something on top, or they need to be belted. Otherwise, you risk looking like you’re wearing a night gown. So if you’re planning on wearing it with flats, keep that in mind, and try wearing your dress with something fitted on top, like a cardigan or a jacket. Hope you like it!
