Bring the earmuffs | Outfits

celine look alike bag - leopard

We took these photos last Thursday when we met with Kleoniki to spend the day at Mediterranean Cosmos for some minor shopping, coffee, and later food and cocktails. It was a really sunny but really cold day so I took my new earmuffs, which I got from Cosmopolitan magazine, with me. As you can see they almost blend in with my hair color, which means that my copper red has faded a lot, but it has to wait a little while longer. I wasn’t wearing anything special that day, because I wanted to be comfortable, but I chose to wear my leopard top that I haven’t worn in a while, and that kind of matched my earmuffs. As I told you I don’t wear a lot of brown, so styling them was indeed a challenge, since I’ve already worn most of my “brownies” in this post. So, what do you think?

Pencil skirt lover | Outfits

Pencil skirt lover 5- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comI’m sure you’ve noticed that when I’m wearing a skirt, it’s either a pencil or a full one. I absolutely love pencil skirts. I find them very ladylike and sexy in their own kind of way. Sexy shouldn’t be confused with vulgar. A woman can be sexy and look like a lady at the same time. It’s how you present yourself and how you want others to think of you. I’m not a prude, on the contrary. But I respect myself and my body, and I think outfits show your character. And if your clothes look “cheap” then you might lose some respect from the people around you. So be very careful of the way you dress, because your outfits are like a mirror to your personality and personal values, ladies. And pencil skirts can instantly add some class to your looks, in my opinion of course. They can be dressed up or dressed down, like I did that day, with the addition of a cozy sweater, a warm pair of tights, and my tall boots. Do you like the result?

Falling for plaid | Outfits

Falling for plaid 4- outfit -DoYouSpeakGossip.comWe took these photos this Tuesday, when we went downtown with Kleoniki and Maria. We had quite a productive day, talking about Stylishly Beautiful, and planning many new things, and we even got to try out the burgers of the new burger spot in town, Foodporn. I really enjoyed our day together, and even though I went home tired, I had a great time. Happy weekend everybody! I hope you enjoy this outfit post. A new one is coming on Monday! 🙂

Preppy in tartan | Outfits

Last week 2 of my friends paid me a little visit, to celebrate New Year together, with finger food and cocktails. Before that, we went for photos as usual. For that day, I chose something really casual in the tones of burgundy, because we were staying in and I wanted to be comfy and relaxed. Please excuse my lack of posing/awkwardness…I was in extreme muscle pain that day. I could barely move my head. 2014 definitely started impressively! 😛

Layering up in style | Outfits

These photos were taken on a really, REALLY cold day, when I had an event to attend and wanted to be stylish, but I was trying to stay as warm as possible. My long knit scarf was the first thing that came to mind, to protect me from the evil wind of that day. A midi dress was chosen for the style factor (with a bodysuit inside of course), opaque tights, tall boots (to leave only the slightest of skin exposed), cropped jacket to create a “suit” look, and my longest coat, on top of all to keep me protected. It was going to be a long, long day… And my outfit of choice did not disappoint me. Well, what do you know? You can indeed look stylish AND warm at the same time. I was surprised too, believe me! What do you think? Do you wear lots of layers to keep you warm during winter? Do you struggle to find a warm AND stylish outfit too?
