On May 1st, we celebrate May Day or International Worker’s Day, and Maria invited us all for barbecue with her friends, at her place. I wasn’t going to make an outfit post from that day, but we took so many beautiful photos that I wanted to show them to you. I wasn’t wearing anything special because I wanted to be absolutely comfortable for the day, but I really loved all the photos so here you go. 🙂 Hope you like them as much as I did.

Prom season 2014 – Find the best prom dress for you
Prom season is here, and I get lots of emails from my international readers, asking me what my recommendations for their special day are. I try to come up with such posts every year, since many of you attend your school’s proms, and even though we didn’t have special proms in my school, I really like the whole idea and concept. May 2014 | Wishlist
A few days ago, I received a newsletter from Migato, and I fell in love with many of its pieces. I decided to do a wishlist to show you my favorite items from the SS2014 collection, but first I want to say a few words about the company for those of you who don’t know it. Migato is a Greek company with 30 years of experience and with more than 120 stores worldwide – the largest network in Greece (in its category) – including stores in Australia, Middle East, Balkans and Africa. These are my favorite pieces from the new collection, but you should definitely take a look at their site. I promise you, you’ll find many favorites of your own.

Paisley & mesh | Outfits
This is what I wore in one of our dates with T. sometime last week. If you live in Greece, or if you read my blog regularly, you know how the weather has been lately. It’s been days of rain followed by only a couple of sunny days, and back to overcast and rain again. It feels more like fall than spring, so I haven’t officially said goodbye to my trusty coat. That was one of these days. We managed to take these photos between light rain showers and even though it was early in the afternoon, by the look of these photos you’d think that it was just before sundown. I hope you like it anyway.

Black, mint and powder pink | Outfits
This is the outfit I wore to the opening of the new H&M store in Thessaloniki. The exclusive press preview was early in the morning and it was downtown, so I needed to be comfortable enough but at the same time it was a special occasion and I wanted to look stylish without overdoing it. The inspiration to this color combination was given to me by my statement necklace, which combines mint and light pink. As soon as I found the perfect shoes for the day, everything else, kind of fell into place. As you can see, I’m very much into casual chic lately (and also into my Naf Naf blazer, but let’s not make it a big deal, ok? 😛 ). So, what do you think?
