As you’re reading these lines, I’m probably on vacation in Chalkidiki, where I’ll be spending a week to relax and recharge my batteries, away from the heat of the city and the constant posts, both here, and on Stylishly Beautiful. Don’t get me wrong! I do love what I’m doing, but if you think it’s easy to do, you’re utterly wrong. It takes time, effort, time and time. Did I mention time? So as I’m writing these lines (to be able to schedule my posts) I’m frantically “running” to manage to write and schedule everything on both blogs on time, so as to be able to enjoy my vacation. And even though I’m stressed and anxious to see if I’ll meet MY deadline, I’m loving everything. Let’s go to the outfit now. Do you like it? Very simple and comfortable, in hues of green, for a movie night in, with my favorite girls and our boys.

My piece of chic | Outfits
This outfit was inspired by my new favorite necklace by My Piece of Chic, which Alexia sent to me sometime around last week. I think it’s perfect for summer, and it can give color to all your outfits. As for me, I wore more than enough color in mine. A little bit of blue, yellow and pink! I couldn’t pass the chance to wear my color block sandals for the first time this year, but I think the result was not over-the-top. Do you like it? (take a look at the end of this post)

Dressed down full skirt | Outfits
This is the outfit I wore last Saturday, for the launching of our new fashion & beauty related online magazine, Stylishly Beautiful. I wanted to wear a kind of formal outfit for the occasion, but not to overdo it, so I decided to dress down my H&M full skirt, by combining it with a graphic tee. I actually had this combo in my mind, for a long time, for occasions that I had no clue what to wear. So it kind of saved me. It’s a really simple look, so I added the bright blue pumps and the bag to give some color and make it more special. What do you think?

My month in pics | July 2014
This month, I decided to change the course of this column a little bit, because I was starting to get bored of it. So I did some minor changes to make me feel better about these monthly posts. But it’s still a work in progress and I’m trying to find new ideas for my “month in pics” posts, to make them more interesting. So, what happened this month? A few bloggers’ events that I was so happy to attend, a few meetings with my girls, a street style video I participated in, my anniversary, and my Nameday. It was a really full month. I won’t complain! It’s also been a month of work and organizing, since I’ve been working on something new that is coming really soon with some of my most favorite people from the blogosphere (hint hint! – Stay tuned for the news this Saturday!). So, tell me, what else would like to see on this monthly column? Should I keep it or not? Let me know if you have any ideas by leaving your comments below….

Bad girl 55 | Outfits
This was one of those “spur-of-the-moment” outfits that I wore a couple of weeks ago to meet with the girls. I was originally going to wear my white high heeled pumps with this outfit, that were going to make this look far more “bad-ass” compared to how it looks now, but killer heels aren’t meant for lots of walking, and I wasn’t in the mood to walk on high heels that day. It doesn’t happen often, but I do prefer lower heels or plain flats from time to time, and even though the look would have been so much better with heels, I “sacrificed” it for the sake of comfort. I did however love this look, with or without heels, and it was nice to find this bad-girl tee from my teenage years, in my closet. It is a bit short, but it looks great with high waisted bottoms. What do you think about this look?
