May 2016 - wishlist - H&M

Recently I did a bit of online shopping on H&M’s e-shop which just opened for the Greek market, because I just couldn’t resist, but I found so many other things that I’d love to buy but couldn’t. So I decided to create a wishlist around them in order not to forget them, and see if I can buy them all in the following months. I’m in love with the print of the red dress, which I’ve also seen on a playsuit and some shorts, and I was tempted to buy them all. Then a pair of distressed shorts from the H&M ♥ Coachella line, and a cute loose peplum top. I’d also love to buy these jeans and this backpack for everyday outfits all year long. What do you think?

Panama hats & cupcakes | Outfits

Panama hats & cupcakes 6- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comI haven’t worn this Panama hat in a post for years. I actually wore this one in one of my first outfit posts, back when I first bought it in 2011. It’s definitely one of the stars of today’s outfit, but let’s talk a bit about the 2nd star of this look, which is this cute little white backpack. You haven’t seen me wearing a backpack, because I have the fear of getting robbed in the streets so I want to have my bags at the reach of my hand, and I never bought one, even though I like them. This cutie though has been in my closet since elementary school. Yes, you read it right. Elementary school! I don’t throw/give away anything, do I? No I don’t, because I always think I may want them again in the future, and I’m usually right. The same happened with this backpack. I had it in my mind, since last year, but that morning, I reached in my closet for it, and there it was, looking like (almost) new! Told you I’d be back with many casual outfits this month. It’s usually the only period that I wear my flat shoes so much! You haven’t seen the last of them…

Walking on air | Outfits

Walking on air 4- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comOne of those days that I spent the night at my boyfriend’s place, we decided to go for a walk and some coffee at a nearby coastal area to enjoy the sunny day. We took some outfit photos at the waterfront, before sitting for coffee, but unfortunately it was too windy, and my hair doesn’t look at its best in these photos. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the day, and our walk so much, that I was smiling and jumping around. Wish all days were like that! My outfit was super simple: jeans, a tee, and my trusty flats for walking. I forgot to take another bag with me, so I held the one from my previous outfit post. What do you think? You’re gonna see many outfits with flats this month…Stay tuned!

Casual for spring | Outfits

Casual for spring 5- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comI wore this outfit at the end of last week, when we met with the girls for late breakfast downtown. The weather was still a bit chilly for spring, but that didn’t stop me from wearing my spring clothes, with a spring coat on top to keep me warmer. I had just received this pair of sunglasses from GlassesShop.com so naturally I had to wear them. My friends absolutely loved them and they got me many compliments. They’re really light but firm, and the mirror part was kind of a surprise for me, because I didn’t realize it before ordering them. This particular model is the New Castle Wayfarer (Red Tortoise) and if you’re into cheap glasses, check out this e-shop*. In other news, my trusty flat ballerinas replaced my low booties for spring, so you’re gonna see them a lot as we’re still transitioning. Happy Monday everybody! 🙂

Kind of retro | Outfits

Greek fashion bloggerI wore this outfit last week, to meet with T. The sun was shining and the day was warm enough to go out bare-legged. You could really feel that spring was here, but of course that didn’t last long. Nevertheless, I took the opportunity to wear my new Dune Carletta pumps, which I bought last month, with a handmade vintage skirt, and items in black and tan to suit my shoes. I was originally going to wear them with a black or tan leather skirt, but been there, done that, and this skirt was hanging in my closet for too long, waiting to be worn, so I thought to myself “why not?” and took it for a stroll. The look has kind of a retro vibe to it, but not as much as it would have, if I would have worn it with its matching cropped jacket (remember that?). To be honest, I really liked this look. How do you feel about it?
