My month in pics | July 2015
Super happy that July indeed ended in a much better way than it started. Not that our mess is any better, but at least things have started to work again, and we don’t live in a “limbo” situation, not knowing how to go on with our lives, while waiting for major decisions to be made for us. Back to my post now… While June was a difficult month, and July started the same way, at least I had some content already created and I was actually able to show you, 11 outfits, compared to the 7 I showed you last month. I can certainly say that I absolutely loved the outfits of this month. They were very much my style, and I’m glad to be back wearing pretty heels again. My Instagram feed was also really pretty, and even though I went on and off with my diet, I still tried not to put too much #foodporn in it. Healthy stuff doesn’t count, right? Too hot for anything but shorts | Outfits
What the title says is exactly how I feel for the current weather. It’s absolutely too hot to wear anything but shorts. As you know I’m more comfortable in dresses, but sometimes shorts are way comfier and airier, especially if they’re oversized like this one here. I wore this outfit last week, on my nameday, to go out with T. and have a coffee and light dinner with a great view of the city. I’m actually spending the whole day today with him, and I absolutely love spending my days like this. A little bit of work, a little bit of fun, and a whole lot of heat. Golden hour | Outfits
I wore this outfit last week to Kleoniki’s birthday. It was super-hot outside so I needed a comfortable outfit and shoes. Lately I’ve been doing high ponytails to keep my hair away from my neck and shoulders and I like how it looks with my long hair. We took these photos during the golden hour but the sun was still too hot and bright. Typical summer in Greece, and something tells be that I’ll be spending all my summer in the city. Beautiful party dresses from JecicaDress
Lately, I’ve been receiving many emails from readers who’re asking me, what they should wear to occasions such as weddings and christenings. I recently wrote that I attended many weddings this season, when I showed you what I wore to one of them, and I’ve attended quite a lot of them in my life so far. My first advice is that you should wear something formal. The closer you are to the happy couple the more formal you should dress. Midi and maxi dresses are preferable of course, and they’re totally in fashion. The design and the color are up to you! Pick a design that compliments your best features, and a color that suits your skin tone and makes you happy.
