Fall transition | Outfits

Everybody is complaining about the weather lately, because they say we were supposed to have cold weather by now, but I couldn’t be happier about it. The days are still quite warm at 20+ degrees, and the nights are cooler, without having to wear wools and coats yet. And honestly people, this is how fall/autumn weather in Greece is supposed to be. A transitioning period between summer and winter! The sudden changes from hot to cold weather (like the one we’ve been having the previous years – except for the last one) isn’t normal. That’s why we have 4 seasons, and not 2. I’m taking advantage of this transitional period to still wear some of my summer clothes, mixed with some of my fall/winter ones. Like this dress which you’ve seen before in this post, which I mixed with my tartan shirt, and the comfiest shoes ever, my biker boots. A bit of girly, and a bit of grunge, and limited to none accessories; exactly how I like my casual outfits to be.

November 2013 | Wishlist

IF I WAS A RICH GIRL. Let’s talk feminine dresses and diamond bangle bracelets! Is there any combination more feminine than that? I think not! I tried so hard to resist browsing through one of my favorite e-shops, Net-a-Porter, but I failed! And this is how I came up with a wishlist full of dresses. Everyone knows that I’m a fan of feminine dresses such as these, and even more that I’m a fan of Victoria Beckham and her gorgeous designs. I can see myself wearing all of the above, as I find them classy and stylish, while they’re hugging the silhouette in the best way possible. Now all these dresses need, in order to be accessorized properly, other than shoes and bags of course, is elegant jewellery. Do you agree? And this is where these amazing sparkly bracelets come in. Elegant, pretty and timeless, exactly what I would call my cup of tea. These three were my choices, but you can find many more at Anjolee.com. Do you want to know the best part? You can customize them according to your taste and budget! So, what are you waiting for? 😉

My month in pics – October 2013

Despite the fact that I managed to catch a cold, and I’m not feeling at my best (physically) at the moment I’m writing these lines, when I look back at this month, all I see is happy moments, and amazing memories. This month was full of outfits I truly loved, meetings with blogger friends (that I couldn’t be happier about), events that took place in Thessaloniki and many many more. I can definitely say that this month was one of my best, and I can only hope that November will be as wonderful, if not better. As always, in this post, I’ll share with you some of my favorite moments and outfits: a recap of my month as captured by my iPhone and camera. You can follow me on Instagram to see more daily updates from me, and things that usually don’t get posted on other social media.

The cardigan dress | Outfits

It’s a National Holiday here in Greece today, and I realize that not many of you will be here to read this post, but either way, I’m going to go on with my regular schedule for my foreign readers, and for all of you, who like me, stayed in the city. Last week, I met again with some of my blogger friends from Thessaloniki. It seems to becoming a regular thing, and I can honestly say I love it. Going out with friends with the same interests AND taking outfit photos for each other’s blogs is amazing. I feel blessed to have met all of them (not only the ones who made it this time). These photos were taken by Maria of Style Bows. If you want to see her outfit of the day, click here. This is another outfit, I created instantly and I loved wearing it. I wore my trusty long cardigan on top of my dress, and completed the outfit with a studded belt, my lunch bag, and a pair of high heeled booties. It was super feminine with the right touch of edgy, and I loved how the cardigan moved behind me and I really thought it looked like one piece with the dress underneath it. Blue and black was always a favorite winter combination for me, so I’m glad that it’s also one of the biggest trends of this season. Do you like it?

Casual gray and stripes | Outfits

Can I say one more time that I’m terrible at giving titles to my posts? Oh, yes I am! Anyway…I wore this outfit last week to meet with Olie from the blog Fashion Addict. She’s the one who took these pictures, and I want to thank her for being so patient with me. You see, the wind was particularly annoying that day, so my hair was all over the place. In some pics I looked like I was being abducted by aliens or something…Something else I’m not good at: posing. Even after so much time, I don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera, and I probably never will. But this is what I wore, and I wanted to show you despite everything. Do you like it?
