Mint condition | Outfits

I bet you’re bored of seeing me wearing mint all the time on the blog lately. I promise I’ll try to tone it down from now on. I get obsessed with colors, clothes, accessories so much that I can’t stop wearing them until I get bored of them. I guess this was a “mint month” for me. Since this month is coming to an end, and my next post will be the recap one, we’ll all see how much I’ve been wearing this color lately. This outfit was in fact a “repeat”. I wore it for the first time last year here, with some different accessories, and you may have seen me wearing it again on Instagram a few weeks ago. But I hadn’t photographed it back then, so I wore it happily again to go for coffee with some friends on Monday. See how different an outfit can look just by changing a few details? No need to worry about wearing the same clothes again!

Summertime sadness in mint and blue | Outfits

I must do something about my inability to find post titles, because I tend to spend more time trying to find a title for my posts than actually writing the text. This title sums up the color pattern of my outfit, and my feelings for this cloudy summer day. We took these photos before going out with T. but the lighting of them disappoints me. And even though it was only on my previous post I said that summer in Greece tends to stay until mid-October, that day I got the feeling that it won’t stay for that long. And it made me really sad, not only because I hate winter (and the change to winter time in the end of October), but also because as I told you, I’ve booked a vacation in the middle of September, and it would be great to finally enjoy the sea, or at least the pool for a few days, after a rather hot summer spent in my city. Anyway…I hope you enjoy these photos! I picked a really simple outfit to wear with my favorite Steve Madden sandals, and my huge D&G bag. Do you like it?

Minty fresh | Outfits

I’m sure you’ve all understood by now that I’m once again obsessed with mint color. So much that I’m almost wearing a monochromatic look again, using mint from head to toe. But I just can’t resist matching this jelly bag, one of my latest purchases, with anything mint I can find in my closet. I’ve already worn it many times, and as I told you before, I’m planning to wear those outfits again not only because I want to photograph them, but also because I LOVED wearing them. I feel that this summer is coming to an end, yet I haven’t worn many of the things in my closet, nor have I shown you everything I wanted outfit-wise. I’m glad I live in a country where summer weather doesn’t end till mid-October and now I have one more reason for this: I’ve finally booked my vacation. I may haven’t gone anywhere this summer (apart from my 3-day trip to Orestiada obviously) BUT I’ll be on vacation in the middle of next month. More details to come….

Mint skater dress & ladylike chic | Outfits

This outfit was worn and photographed last week, but got postponed to this week, as I told you on my previous post too. I actually wore this outfit again for the first time a few nights earlier… We made some last minute plans, and I had to leave the house, in less than 30’, so I opened my closet, picked up this dress, and the rest came to my mind directly after. I love these kinds of outfits, that not only come to my head immediately, but I end up loving them so much that I don’t want to take them off. So I decided that this outfit had to be photographed! Wore it again a couple of days later, dragged T. to a location I had in mind, and later on we went to eat Chinese. The wind almost sabotaged out little photoshoot, and I was so close to flashing everybody around me, but thankfully that didn’t happen. See how I styled this dress in the past here and here.

Road trip to Orestiada | Travel

It’s already been a couple of weeks since my trip to Orestiada, Greece, but I knew that most of you were on vacation and decided to postpone this post so it actually gets read. Seeing these pictures again, reminded me of my last travel, which was…far too long ago; last November, when we had travelled to London. I have so many fond memories from that travel; it almost brought tears to my eyes. I miss my friend Denise, whom I met there for the first time, after having been talking to her for years. I wish someday to go back and see more. Back to this trip now… we were invited by some friends who recently moved there to stay at their place for a few days, and since we haven’t gone anywhere this summer, we gladly said yes. The road trip was longer than we anticipated, but it was worth it. We had one full day there, during which we visited Ardas River, the forest of Dadia, and a waterpark called Cataract. This post is a bit picture-loaded, but the beauty of the area shouldn’t be ignored.
