Top 11 of 2011

Hello lovelies! How are you? Last week Beauty in Crisis tagged me in a meme game called “Top 11 of 2011”, in which I should show you my 11 favourite beauty products of 2011. And I thought that since 2011 is coming to an end really soon, I should do it now.

It took me a lot to think of the 11 products, as I’m not an expert on the beauty field, but I finally managed to gather them. So let’s start…

Dressed on earthy tones

Hello everyone! I hope you had a great weekend and a fun Monday! Mine were supposed to be really full, but like every time this happens, I suddenly ended up staying at home, because for some reason, everyone canceled. Does this ever happen to you? To be completely booked with appointments and stuff, and have to turn down other proposals and after you do, your original appointment cancels and it’s too late to do anything else? It’s really annoying, but at least I found some time to stay at home and do the things that I was putting off for later. Like reading all the blogs I follow, that have been piling up and I hadn’t enough time to read them.

Anyway, I have an outfit post for you today. It’s been a long time since I last showed you one, that wasn’t over a month old (like the ones I’ve been showing you from Nafplio). Hope you like it.

Not another wedding outfit

Last Saturday I attended the wedding of a very dear friend from high school. It was great and we had a blast at the wedding party, with lots of eating, drinking and dancing.

It was the first time that I watched an Evangelical wedding ceremony (I’m a Christian Orthodox myself), and I must say that I was impressed. Everything was lovely.

I chose to wear almost the same outfit I wore on my brother’s wedding last year, with small alterations.

Nailquake – crackle nail polish

On my previous post, I showed you the result of nailquake polish, but my pictures weren’t that good, so I made a more detailed post about it.

I bought nailquake back then, among lots of other nail polishes, ‘cause I saw many people use it. I didn’t know we had it here in Greece too, until I saw Veronica wearing it (and with a great success too!). I hadn’t used it till now, and I’m sharing my first experience of it with you.

As I said in my previous post, I opted for a B&W effect, as it was shown in the bottle of it. This is what I used: Seventeen No.103 (white) as a base, Tommy G’s No.2, and of course base coat and top coat, both Artistry’s (by Amway).
