About a week ago, it was my brother’s nameday, and we were invited at his house for drinks and finger food near the fireplace. Just us and his in-laws. So I had to pick something cozy to wear, ‘cause the weather was horribly cold. I changed my mind many times about my outfit but finally decided to go like this:
I know I’m terribly late at showing you my New Year’s Eve outfit, but I had other posts planned before and I wasn’t completely sure that I was going to publish these photos. You see, I had only a few minutes to take these pics before we leave for a night club after we welcomed 2012 and I wasn’t at all satisfied by the result. But I decided to post them anyway, because I wanted you to see what I wore.

Continuing with my regular schedule, as the first post of every month, I prepared for you my wishlist for January. It also happens to be the first post of 2012 on my blog so let’s hope it proves to be lucky. At first I didn’t have anything on my mind for this wishlist, but as I started searching for items, I found so many that would fill whole pages. Hello everyone! I’m really excited to be writing this post today, on Christmas Eve. We’re one day away from Christmas and we’ve already seen our first snow here in Greece, even though it was not much, and it has already melted. 🙁
I know I squeezed many posts these last weeks before Christmas, but I’m probably going to return to my previous program after it. But before I do, I wanted to show you one more outfit post. Probably the last one of 2011!
These pics were taken last week on T’s birthday, but I wanted to post it now because it’s probably the same outfit I’ll wear tomorrow too. Yes, I admit it! I will repeat an outfit if I like it, and I’m not afraid to say it. It’s really Christmas appropriate, it’s comfortable and cozy, and since we’re going to host the Christmas lunch at our house, why not wear it again?
This week’s IFB project (#26) was to make a special post about our favourite posts of 2011. In order to do this I had to go through all this year’s posts, and pick (up to) 10 of my favourites. This sounds easy, but it isn’t ‘cause I wrote all of them, and I love them equally, so it was too difficult to pick only 10. However, I managed to do it. I remembered my emotions and thoughts when I was writing them, and I kept smiling the whole time.
