In the army | Outfits

You may have already noticed, that this year I have a slight obsession over monochromatic looks (you’ve seen a total monochromatic look of mine here). When I got these 2 army green/khaki pieces from H&M, I couldn’t wait to wear them together. I was actually looking for a pair of khaki jeans for a long time, to combine with my high heeled brown booties spartoo. So when the temperatures fell a lot last week, I jumped at the opportunity to wear them all together. Seriously loved that look! I hope you enjoy the photos.

My blogging tips Part 2 – How to choose your blog’s design

On the previous post of this column we discussed what everybody should know when (and before) starting a blog. You can read it here, if you missed it. In this post we’ll discuss:

How to choose your blog’s design

In this part we’ll talk about the dos and don’ts when choosing a blog design and everything around it. Of course some of them can be subjective, but there are some basic guidelines that most bloggers suggest or dislike.

My month in pics – February 2013

As promised on my previous “month in pics” I managed to photograph more outfits for you this month. Out of 13 posts, 7 were outfit ones, and I’m really proud to say that not even one of them was taken with a tripod and a self-timer, and I have to thank T. for this.

1. Monochromatic, 2. Sporty Chic, 3. From day to night, 4. Modern Preppy, 5. Valentine’s Day outfit inspiration, 6. Raiding my boyfriend’s closet, 7. 70’s inspired.

Which one is your favorite?

Outfit | Walking in Notting Hill

As promised, here’s the outfit I was wearing on our second day in London. The photos are taken on the roads of Notting Hill, one of my favorite places in London. You can see the cute colorful houses on the background. Unfortunately, these are the only outfit photos I took during our trip. I didn’t have the chance to take other ones, with all the running from one place to another. So, I hope you like them. You know how obsessed I am with oxblood lately, so you can understand why I chose this almost monochromatic outfit (with a few gold and black touches). My puffy white coat was necessary for the cold of London (even though I would have loved to take my Pepe Jeans coat with me instead). In case you haven’t read my other London posts yet, here’s the one from Day 1 and from Day 2. Enjoy!

Peplum, polka dots and neon

I’m finally back to normal blogging which means I don’t have to schedule posts days ahead anymore. I’ve been so busy and tired these last week, but I also had an amazing time. As I told you on my previous posts, I had my birthday on Wednesday the 16th, which I celebrated with my bf who came to town for me. And then I had a party with a few of my closest friends on Saturday the 19th, which means that I had to do an enormous amount of baking, and cooking, with the help of my mother again. I couldn’t have done it on my own. I was in the kitchen for 3 whole days, and that’s why I wasn’t so much around last week, but I read all posts on my Bloglovin’ feed, and I caught up with your latest posts. I’m gonna make some posts about my birthday and my party later on the week, (or next week, we’ll see), but for now here’s the outfit I wore on my trip to Xanthi, where I went to see my bf who’s in the army there doing his mandatory service.
