What I wore for Easter | Outfits

Hello guys! This is the outfit I wore for Easter (Greek Orthodox Easter was on May 5th this year). I didn’t wear anything special for the usual family lunch but I wore this outfit to go out the same night. I want to apologize in advance for the quality of photos on this post, but I thought it would be better to ask my mom to take them, instead of using a tripod, but she was way too tired (and the sun had already set) and in a hurry that she didn’t take good ones. It was a really nice outfit in real life, and it got me many compliments. So sad I couldn’t capture it in a better way.

Take a glimpse of our Easter food in the end of this post.

Back to casual | Outfits

Good morning everybody! How was your weekend? I hope everyone who celebrated Easter yesterday had a really nice time. Today I’m showing you a really basic outfit, which is as casual as it usually gets. The shoes have been worn (and saved) according to the rules of the Shoeper Shoe Challenge I was taking (#64) by Shoeperwoman.com. I don’t wear so pointy shoes anymore, but I used to wear them a lot when I was younger. Nothing more to say here, the outfit is really simple and I wear such outfits all the time. They’re comfortable and great to throw on when you’re in a hurry! See you all next time!

New in | Zara and H&M goodies

A couple of weeks ago I broke my shopping diet and went shopping with a friend. Given that I hadn’t shopped for a while and that the last time I was at Zara, I wanted to buy almost everything, I came home with very few stuff, and I paid a small amount of money for the number of garments I bought. I mostly shopped from Zara and H&M, with a small stop to Hondos Center. In total, I bought: 2 pairs of jeans (khaki and blue ones), one pair of shorts, one shirt/blouse, a pair of sunglasses, and 2 hair conditioners for red hair. As you can see, I ended up with many khaki items, because I couldn’t decide among them, and because they were quite inexpensive I decided to buy all 3. As for the sunglasses, I wanted another pair, and even though, I’ve never shopped sunglasses from high street stores, these ones looked good on me. So they came home with me as well. You’ve already seen me wearing them in my previous outfit post. What do you think?

May’s wishlist

All photos belong to the sites linked below.
Background photo by me. Collage made by me.

As I told you on my previous post, May is my favorite month. It’s the month of my birthday, and most of my family members’ birthdays too, along with the name days of many of my friends and family. So in case someone’s interested *wink* I’d love to have any of the shoes shown in this month’s wishlist. I’d die for those Charlotte Olympia wedges, but if it’s out of your budget, I’ll accept any of the above! 😛 What’s your favorite?

Little Black Dress & vintage tapestry clutch | Outfits

This D&G black dress is one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe, because it’s so simple and classic that it can make you look elegant for any occasion in no time. I never thought I would wear tapestry print, but this D&G-inspired vintage clutch made me change my mind. It’s so small, that even I can pull it off without looking over the top. It’s actually my mom’s and she’s been using it as a make-up case for many years, but I had to steal it for the night, because I really think it completes my look. I also stole some other vintage cool stuff, like a coin wallet, a mirror/comb for the bag, and a cute little note pad/phone-pad.  Excuse the overload of photos in this post. I really loved this outfit, and wanted to show you every little detail.
